Another week has passed and it was another with a sore heel. Things could be worse, I could be not training, but time is running out for this prep and I could really do with some respite.
Still, I’m still getting in there, doing what I can, and when things do get easier pain wise I know I’ll be as ready as I can be to really ramp things up.
