Blog – Mark Sims – Powerlifting Progress (February 2023)

By February 2023, nearly 1 year after starting to train I had made good progress. A highlight being a 155kg deadlift which was my best powerlifting accomplishment to date. Benchpress was my weakest lift and squat was coming along to 125kg
