Week 4 recap – embracing discomfort

A shorter blog this week but last week I had my first sports massage. There were times during it when I was in so much discomfort that I thought I was going to be sick. However, afterwards I saw immediate benefits. So often in life that which leads to growth is uncomfortable – are you willing to take the discomfort in order to improve?
